cometonwa.com publishes independently researched information about cities, neighborhoods, schools, commute times, and services in Northwest Arkansas. The goal is to help people considering a move make better-informed decisions.

This site is not a real estate brokerage, a lender, a mortgage broker, a moving company, a financial advisor, a legal advisor, or a relocation concierge. Nothing on this site constitutes real estate advice, financial advice, legal advice, or tax advice. Decisions about where to live, whether to buy or rent, how to finance a purchase, or any other material choice are yours alone.

Accuracy of information

We take reasonable steps to keep the information on this site accurate, including verifying key statistics like median home prices, school district ratings, and commute times against public sources at the time of publishing. We refresh these quarterly.

Even so, the information on the site may be out of date, incomplete, or incorrect by the time you read it. Markets move, districts change boundaries, commute times shift with new road construction.

We make no warranty, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of anything on the site. Verify anything important with a primary source before acting on it.
